Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products & Templates

All digital downloads, template bundles, workbooks, and instant-access materials are non-refundable due to their immediate delivery and nature.

Coaching Sessions, Workshops & Live Programs

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or program start date are eligible for a full credit toward a future session, workshop, or offering of equal or lesser value.

  • Credits expire 12 months from the original purchase date and have no cash value.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, or after a session has started are non-refundable and non-creditable.

Group Cohorts / Multi-Session Programs

Cancellations made before the program begins are eligible for a credit toward a future group cohort or program (minus the value of any materials already provided).
Credits expire 12 months from the original purchase date and have no cash value.
Once the cohort has started, no credits or refunds will be issued.

Alignment Audits, Pop-up Markets, & Custom Packages

These are generally non-refundable and non-creditable once the session is delivered or materials are created/provided. This includes any pre-event preparation such as vendor guides, promotional features, booth assignments, or other resources supplied for Pop-up Markets.

Credit / Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or credit, email Suzi with your order details at least 48 hours in advance. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Satisfaction & Results

We stand by our work and aim for your success. However, results depend on your implementation. All purchases are made with the understanding that you are committing to the process.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies.
